The Record Store
The daddy of all record stores. Per cubic metre, you'd do well to find a better selection: bowie, monk, hooker, elvis to name but a few.
Paradoxically, the rant on blogging I was planning has been somewhat tempered by several comments and an email. But I still want to say something on blog fatigue. First, photoblogs serve a great purpose; an outlet to exhibit my work. Visits I get above this are a bonus. But there are now so many blogs, a loss of focus results. Our time gets divided more ways, meaning our work gets less attention. As the rough expands, the diamonds become harder to find. In turn, our visits are shorter and our comments shorter still. Where has the dialogue and critique gone?
